Terms & Conditions

This product is under warranty against any defect arising out of faulty or defective material or workmanship for a period as specified below:

 

- Set Top Box (all models): 12 months.

- Camera (all models)​  : 18 months.

 

Warranty shall commence from the date of purchase of the product.

 

Should a defect develop in this product during the period of warranty, Catvision Limited undertakes to get the apparatus repaired free of charge at their authorized service centre.

 

This warranty is not valid in case of the following events:

▪ Defects are caused by improper or reckless use.

▪ Accidental or deliberate damage.

▪ Defects are caused by natural calamities, like lightning etc.

▪ Any repair work is carried out by persons other than authorized service personnel.

▪ Any modification or alteration of any nature is made in the circuitry of the product. 

▪ The serial number is deleted, defaced or altered.

▪ Abnormal changes in external power and environment including excessive moisture and excessive temperature.

▪ This warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss or injury arising from or in connection with this product.

▪ Unless this warranty card is completed and signed and presented at the authorized service centre at the time of claiming service within warranty.

▪ Except as expressly stated herein, Catvision makes no other representation, either expressed or implied.

▪ All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
